Job Description:
A company is looking for a Security Program Manager to drive
engagement across business and technology stakeholders in security
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Expedite key Security Architecture processes and facilitate smooth
engagement with business and technology teams
Organize and prioritize work on the Kanban board in alignment with
organizational priorities
Collaborate with Security Architects to identify and resolve
blockers or process improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of experience in a technology department, preferably in a
technology or financial organization
Strong foundational cybersecurity knowledge
Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and tooling (e.g.,
Scrum, Kanban)
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
preferred, or equivalent experience
Certifications from organizations such as GIAC, PMI, ISACA, or ISC2
are a plus
