Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Program Manager/Sr. Manager
to drive referral partner revenue and build a partner network.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new referral partners to expand the partner
ecosystem
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive referral partner
revenue growth
Design enablement and incentive programs to support partner
engagement and performance
Required Qualifications
Experience in partner management, business development, or a
related role within the software industry
Proven ability to drive revenue growth through partner programs
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and
decision-making
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and
accountability
Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects throughout an
organization
