A company is looking for an Executive Director of Social
Networks to lead a team focused on high-value accounts within major
global social networks and tech companies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to manage high-value
accounts
Build strong relationships with senior executives at major social
networks and tech companies
Drive retention and expansion strategies across a portfolio of
high-spend customers
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in account management, customer success,
or business development
At least 3 years in a leadership role managing large, complex
accounts
Strong understanding of the social media and technology sectors
Demonstrated success in retaining and expanding high-spend customer
relationships
Proven ability to engage with senior executives and influence key
decisions
