Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to ensure the legal
and commercial soundness of agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including software
licensing and cloud services
Lead negotiations with customers to achieve optimal commercial
terms while minimizing risk
Manage the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with
internal policies and relevant laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
In-depth experience with sales and services contracts, particularly
in technology sectors
Strong understanding of contract law principles
Ability to lead negotiations with minimal supervision
Experience with contract management software
