A large catering company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee equipment upkeep, resolve mechanical issues, and manage general building maintenance. This role includes responsibility for equipment maintenance, coordinating small renovation projects, and ensuring the facility remains in optimal condition.Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing equipment maintenance and resolving mechanical issues promptly.
• Managing small renovation projects to improve and maintain the facility.
• Handling general building maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Monitoring and maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant certifications and safety requirements.Ideal Qualifications:
• High School Graduate.
• Air Conditioning License and Refrigeration License.
• F37-Inside Fire Alarm System certification (NYC Fire Department).
• F21-Sprinkler with Booster Pump certification (NYC Fire Department).
• F34-Institution FD Conductor certification (NYC Fire Department).
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with external contractors as needed.This role is ideal for a certified and experienced maintenance professional ready to support a large catering operation.
