This full-service small animal practice is well-established, with a dedicated team and a consistent track record of growth. The practice is renowned for its tight-knit, family-oriented culture, led by an experienced Practice Manager, and its commitment to delivering high-quality clinical and surgical care for companion animals. Practice Highlights: Comprehensive support team: 5 Veterinary Technicians, 2 Veterinary Assistants, and 4 Receptionists. No night calls. Wide range of wellness and surgical services, including advanced laser techniques. State-of-the-art technology, including digital imaging, ultrasound, Tonovet, and cryosurgery capabilities. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary of up to $150,000 or 20% of production, whichever is higher. Full benefits package, including: IRA with a 3% employer match. Partial health insurance coverage.
