care (POC)Monitor residents conditions and report
accordinglyMaintain accurate documentation in accordance with
orders providedQualifications of LPN:A current, unencumbered active
license to practice as a LPN in PennsylvaniaAbility to work with
multiple patients at onceMust be able to read, write, understand,
and speak the English language with proficiency. Must be able to
