Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud Principal Payroll
Consultant - Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
Consult on best practices for payroll policies and provide guidance
on payroll business processes
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud Payroll,
interpreting business requirements for system configurations
Assist with key system processes, including payroll cycle
management and integration with other applications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Payroll Consultant, with
2-4 years in implementing Oracle Cloud
Experience with public sector clients is a plus
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools preferred
Experience with monthly and quarterly patch testing and issue
resolution
