A company is looking for a Senior Partner Technical Account Manager - Remote.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine the Service Integrator (SI) engagement strategy for exceptional service delivery
Establish and manage SI engagement and enablement plans, including onboarding and certification
Define and manage technical support frameworks and processes for customer engagement


Required Qualifications

8 years of experience in a relevant field
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field
Knowledge of cloud service delivery models and service delivery frameworks
Explicit knowledge of cloud computing and Linux integration
Experience in developing service delivery guidelines
