Responsibilities:
--- Obtain optional licenses to sell investments and other
securities products concerning wealth management and advanced
planning
--- Present an array of potential solutions using our competitive
suite of products and services to help clients identify and achieve
their financial goals
--- Develop and employ marketing and business plans to grow your
client base
--- Ensure effective insurance, retirement, and business planning
education through an array of service offerings including
high-quality insurance, fixed annuities, long-term care insurance,
securities, investments, and more
--- Discuss financial concerns and needs with potential clients
identified during the prospecting process
What is expected of our Agents?
--- Ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of
clients
--- Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future
financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/
circumstances they may encounter
--- Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term
financial goals
--- Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family
member or individual pursue financial security
--- Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through
establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients.
Providing compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life
circumstances arise
--- Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term
bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of community
over time
Qualifications:
--- Leverage personal networks and contacts and engage your
community to identify prospects
--- Experience in sales and implementing growth strategies a
plus
--- Strong values of integrity are a must
--- Strong business acumen
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to
effectively share complex ideas
