Clients interested in life insurance fill out forms online, and your role is to contact them, understand their needs, and provide the best solutions. For each sale you close, you'll earn high commissions. We partner with over 20 top-rated insurance carriers, which means you can offer clients the best options while maximizing your earnings.

Requirements:



--- Full-time commitment
--- Life insurance license
--- Lead investment (non-negotiable)


While remote candidates are considered, we're especially looking for individuals near Marlton, NJ, or those willing to relocate and work with our growing in-person team.

Responsibilities:
--- Run phone-based sales appointments with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
--- If not in the local office - Use Zoom all day to meet with the team daily for training, accountability, and growth
--- Follow up with leads, build strong client relationships, and close life insurance policies
--- Invest in and manage your own leads (non-negotiable)
--- Stay consistent in daily activity - calls, follow-ups, appointments, and self-development
--- Optional: Build and lead your own team to earn passive override income

Qualifications:
--- Life insurance license is a MUST
--- Previous commission-based sales experience strongly preferred
--- (Ideal backgrounds: door-to-door, solar, pest control, alarm systems, car sales, real estate)
--- Must be coachable, self-motivated, and hungry to earn - no hand-holding here
--- Comfortable being on Zoom calls daily and working full-time from home
--- Able to handle long days on the phone with a positive, winner's mindset
--- Strong communication skills and the ability to close over the phone
--- Looking for more than just a job - ready to grow a business and long-term income stream
--- Preference given to applicants near Marlton, NJ, or willing to relocate to work in-office
